The personalized experience could use enhancements like clearer communication regarding checkout policies!!! Additionally, the check-in process seems to lack proper management. waiting times for seating at restaurants need attention, particularly as it detracts from the getaway vibe!!!

The staff were helpful and attentive. I enjoyed the 24-hour room service. My family had fun making slime using credit from a timeshare presentation. The beach area was clean, and seaweed issues were quickly addressed, leading to crystal clear water. The intimate layout made it easy to navigate the resort.

the food at the Italian restaurant was absolutely awful, cold, and tasted like it was reheated. and the kids club only allows 4-year-olds and over—how rude! i was expecting an upgrade for my troubles, but i got nothing. shocked but not surprised, i guess. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had an amazing three-night stay! The food was top-notch, especially the beach BBQ, and the service was exceptional with staff always remembering my name. However, I struggled to get sunbeds late in the morning.

However, we encountered issues with the reservation process at the restaurants, often being told we needed reservations despite being told otherwise at check-in.
